A woman's desire is only for her husband
The evil inclination's desire is only for Cain and his companions
The desire of the rains is only for the earth

[CHORUS]

And His desire
The desire of the Holy One, blessed be He
Is only for Israel

And His desire is for me

[VERSE]

A woman's desire is only for her husband
The evil inclination's desire is only for Cain and his companions
The desire of the rains is only for the earth

[CHORUS]

And His desire
The desire of the Holy One, blessed be He
Is only for Israel

And His desire is for me

[INSTRUMENTAL]

[BRIDGE]

And from all the desires
From all the yearnings
There is one that reaches all the way to the heart

His love for us
His love for us
His love never leaves us

[FINAL CHORUS]

And His desire
The desire of the Holy One, blessed be He
Is only for Israel

And His desire is for me
And His desire is for me
